1.1 Order Processing & Production Timeline

  • Custom Orders: Each piece is handcrafted to your specifications. Production begins only after:
    • Final design approval (via email confirmation).
    • Receipt of deposit.
  • Standard Production Time: 2-4 weeks (varies by material availability and design complexity).

1.2 Shipping & Freight Logistics

  • Freight Quotes: Due to the custom nature of our products, shipping costs are calculated individually based on:
    • Destination country (remote locations may incur surcharges).
    • Product dimensions/weight (oversized items require special handling).
    • Shipping method (sea freight/air freight options available).
  • Delivery Timelines:
    • Local (China): 1 weeks after production completion.
    • International: 3-5 weeks (excluding customs clearance delays).
  • White-Glove Delivery: Available for large items in select regions. Includes in-room placement and basic assembly (additional fees apply).

1.3 Customer Responsibilities

  • Customs & Import Taxes: The customer is solely responsible for all fees. We recommend contacting your local customs office for estimates.
  • Inspection at Delivery:
    • Immediately inspect for visible damage and note any issues on the carrier’s bill of lading.
    • Report hidden damage (e.g., structural defects) within 72 hours via email with photo evidence.
