1.1 Order Processing & Production Timeline

Custom Orders: Each piece is handcrafted to your specifications. Production begins only after:
- Final design approval (via email confirmation).
- Receipt of deposit.
- Standard Production Time: 2-4 weeks (varies by material availability and design complexity).
- Rush Production: Available for an additional 30% fee (subject to workshop capacity). Contact us at support@osmilefurniture.com to inquire.
1.2 Shipping & Freight Logistics

Freight Quotes: Due to the custom nature of our products, shipping costs are calculated individually based on:
- Destination country (remote locations may incur surcharges).
- Product dimensions/weight (oversized items require special handling).
- Shipping method (sea freight/air freight options available).

Delivery Timelines:
- Local (China): 1 weeks after production completion.
- International: 3-5 weeks (excluding customs clearance delays).
- White-Glove Delivery: Available for large items in select regions. Includes in-room placement and basic assembly (additional fees apply).
1.3 Customer Responsibilities
- Customs & Import Taxes: The customer is solely responsible for all fees. We recommend contacting your local customs office for estimates.

- Immediately inspect for visible damage and note any issues on the carrier’s bill of lading.
- Report hidden damage (e.g., structural defects) within 72 hours via email with photo evidence.
