1 General Policy for Custom-Made Furniture

  • Customized items: Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • In-stock items may be canceled for a full refund before shipment.
  • Exceptions: If an item arrives defective or incorrect, we will repair, replace, or offer store credit (at our discretion).

2 Warranty Claims

  • 3-Year Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects.
  • Exclusions: Damage from misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear.
  • Claim Process: Email support@osmilefurniture.com with:
    • Order number
    • Photos/video of the issue
    • Proof of purchase

3 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for defective items.
  2. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.
  3. Ship the item back (we may arrange pickup for large items).
  4. Refund processed within 14 business days after inspection.
