1 General Policy for Custom-Made Furniture
- Customized items: Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
- In-stock items may be canceled for a full refund before shipment.
- Exceptions: If an item arrives defective or incorrect, we will repair, replace, or offer store credit (at our discretion).
2 Warranty Claims
- 3-Year Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects.
- Exclusions: Damage from misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear.

Claim Process: Email support@osmilefurniture.com with:
- Order number
- Photos/video of the issue
- Proof of purchase
3 How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery for defective items.
- We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.
- Ship the item back (we may arrange pickup for large items).
- Refund processed within 14 business days after inspection.
