Daily Interactive Hangzhou Headquarters Office Design

Daily Interactive Headquarters Building, the office space of a leading A-share listed data intelligence service provider, is designed not only to meet daily office functions but also to inspire team creativity and vitality. The design team of LYCS Architecture Firm collaborated closely with Daily Interactive, starting from brand characteristics and taking "ocean" and "flexibility" as the design themes, successfully creating a dynamic, open and creative workspace.

In terms of architectural form, the design team made bold innovations by envisioning the building's exterior as a whale leaping out of the water. This shape symbolizes Daily Interactive's vision of navigating, exploring, and breaking new ground in the big data era.

This imagery not only directly echoes the company's brand "whale" logo but also profoundly embodies its flexible and open business philosophy. The whale motif runs through the entire space, creating an office environment that is both imaginative and symbolic for employees.

In interior design, elements of ocean culture are ubiquitous. From the whale-shaped entrance to the blue gradients throughout the space, these details deeply reflect the company’s brand spirit.

The three-story-high lobby stands out with a suspended blue whale installation and projected images of underwater whales—these features immediately capture every visitor’s attention, delivering a strong visual impact and a memorable first impression.
Inside the office space, blue gradient flooring extends through collaboration zones and meeting rooms, defining distinct activity areas. This design not only boasts aesthetic appeal but also helps employees feel a sense of freedom and vitality while working.

Notably, in the open-plan office area, the design team thoughtfully scattered functional spaces—such as snack zones, meeting rooms, and co-creation rooms—to foster a dynamic and flexible environment for communication.
Daily Interactive has always been committed to preserving the company’s spontaneous discussion culture, so the design team deliberately freed the workspace layout from the traditional window-aligned configuration.

Circular discussion zones and walkway areas are positioned away from windows, providing employees with more privacy and interactive space. Here, the penetration of natural light allows employees to communicate freely in an open environment, sparking the collision of creative ideas.
Furthermore, the extra-large discussion whiteboards are integrated with the aluminum panel-clad interior facades of the curtain wall, creating a unique co-creation zone.

This spatial design not only aligns with Daily Interactive’s culture that values flexibility and collaboration but also encourages employees to conduct creative brainstorming around projects—strengthening team cohesion and a collaborative spirit.
